CHP is a DBE/Small Business that is prequalified in various work groups. As such, from the moment we begin discussing business opportunities with other firms we are thinking about how we can mutually benefit from teaming. If you use CHP as a sub, we are already planning how we can use your company as a sub for our pursuits, and vice versa. As a BDI/DBE company, we will be able to satisfy that requirement on all pursuits to give you a slight edge over your competition. As a multi-disciplinary firm, we can provide reciprocity not just within the same work group, but across multiple.

While we mainly work in Districts 4 & 6 right now, we are open to team with firms from other Districts who would like to enter 4 & 6 and can provide reciprocity to us in their District(s).

Perez & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc., dba CHP Engineers & Surveyors (CHP) was founded in May 2004 to provide Professional Engineering and Surveying and Mapping Services to public and private clients in the areas of Highway Design, Traffic Operations, Modal Development & Transportation Planning, Surveying & Mapping, Right-of-way Mapping and Construction Engineering Inspection. CHP is unique in that we do a wide variety of engineering and surveying work, but as a family owned business we stay true to our values of creating and maintaining excellent relationships with our teaming partners and clients, providing excellent quality control, and a commitment to service the client to the best of our ability.
