BES Inc is a DBE/SBE firm founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Tampa, FL with two additional Florida locations in Winter Haven and Tallahassee. We combine knowledge and expertise across multiple engineering disciplines including roadway, signalization, signing and pavement marking, traffic studies, data collection, lighting, CEI, and materials testing and pride ourselves on quality and excellent communication with our clients and partners. Our staff have served as EORs and designers of over 100 transportation projects over the last five years. BES is capable of preparing plans using MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil3D and OpenRoads Designer making us a valued partner for County and City projects too.

Our materials testing laboratory is located in our Winter Haven office and is capable of testing soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates. We follow ASTM and AASHTO standard, accredited by CMEC and approved by FDOT.
